2. General Conditions Our refund policy applies to the various services offered by ad2be, including digital marketing, Out-of-Home advertising, and other marketing services. Please read the following conditions to understand how our refund process works.
 

3. Eligibility for Refund
 

  • Non-Starters: If a project has not commenced within a reasonable timeframe due to our inability to start, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the agreement signed at the onset of the project.

  • Performance-Based: For performance-based services, refunds will be considered if ad2be fails to meet agreed-upon metrics or deliverables as specified in the service agreement.
     

4. Process for Claiming Refund
 

  • Notification: To initiate a refund, clients must contact ad2be via info@ad2be.com with a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation.

  • Review: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the circumstances related to the claim and determine eligibility based on the service agreement and the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Outcome: If the refund request is approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 30 days.
     

5. Limitations
 

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to services that involve third-party costs, special promotions, or discounted offers. These will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

  • Pro-Rated Refunds: In cases where work has partially been completed, we may offer a pro-rated refund which will be calculated based on the amount of work completed versus the total project cost.
     

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
 

7. Changes to Refund Policy ad2be reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
